Returns & Exchanges Policy – Hair Products

Eligibility

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened hair products.

  • Exchanges are only allowed within 3 business days of purchase for unopened items in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at 0722655014/elagant.chic@gmail.com with photos. We’ll arrange an exchange.

Exchanges

If eligible, we’ll provide instructions for sending back the product and issue an exchange. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
